Constructed in 1966, Elmwood Center was originally used by UW Oshkosh as a cafeteria. In 2002, the campus food service was consolidated into one building, Blackhawk Commons. Since 2002, Elmwood Center has been used as a ministry.
The University is currently in the process of remodeling this center to be used for advising, career services, counseling services and academic support.
