Breese Hall
Breese Hall, a four-floor facility, houses men on the first two floors and women on the top two floors. The hall offers a friendly, active environment for residents to get involved.
Yearly program traditions include an NBC (Nelson, Breese and Clemans halls) picnic, trick or treating with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Breese Bucks incentive program, large involvement with Homecoming and Winter Carnival, and an emphasis on community service opportunities.
Located right off of Elmwood Street, across the street from Fletcher Hall, this residence hall offers quick and easy access to Reeve Union and Blackhawk Commons.

J.A. BreeseBreese Hall opened in 1962 and was named for J.A. Breese, a music director at Oshkosh from 1923 - 1960. Until 1952, he was chairman of the Music Department. Breese was a graduate of both New York University and Western Conservatory of Music in Chicago. According to alumni, Breese was known as a talented, warm, jolly and well-liked man who was committed to the University. |
